QA1 has developed a line of ball joints to accommodate the most demanding applications. This patented design addresses impact loading, self-lubrication and severe environmental elements. Alloy steel wear rings are interlaced with an acetal liner to provide an extended wear life over conventional automotive style ball joints. Introduced in 2004, these products are the standard OE parts in the ATV, snowmobile, electric vehicle and commercial lawn and garden industries. QA1's industrial ball joints can be customized for specific applications. Contact QA1 for on-road applications with speeds exceeding 25 mph, as a modified design is required.
