This Proflow air cleaner contains a high quality and attractive washable stainless element designed to remove solid particulates such as dust, mould and pollen.
It provides superior performance by increasing the allowed air flow through the top and drawing down into the engine and the sides.
The dimensions of the Proflow air cleaner are 14� (35.56cm) in diameter and 2� (5.08cm) high. This features a recessed base for increased clearance. This suits carbs with the popular 5 1/8� neck size such as Holley and Edelbrock. Rochester and Quadrajet carbs may require an air cleaner riser to enable fitment. Please note that older style Holley carbs with a tall choke tower may not clear correctly. Current model Holley carb with shorter choke tower will clear. For models with the taller choke tower, we recommend the 3" thick Proflow Flow Top Air Cleaner.
Supplied complete with matching Proflow top nut and 4� (10.16cm) mounting stud with 1 �� (3.17cm) extension stud.
