This CV joints are manufactured for Timmen Group, UK and are a high quality product. They are made from a drop forged 4340 grade (med/high carbon) steel billet and the moving parts areas are heat treated to 55 Rc. The splines are also heat treated and tempered for maximum strength, and the area where the seal runs on is also heat treated to reduce wear. The retaining bands are stainless steel and not cable ties as is usually supplied in other kits. The rubber boot is a heavy duty, high quality.They come as a complete fitting kit and include all parts for fitting as per the photo.
