Using COMP® Shaft Mount Rocker Systems is one of the most effective ways to increase horsepower. Unlike stud mounted rockers, Ford FE Shaft Mount Rocker Systems utilize a hardened steel horizontal shaft as the fulcrum, which significantly increases mounting stiffness and valve train stability. These systems transfer power from the camshaft to the valve by properly positioning the rocker over the value.
