Designed for 5” aluminum driveshafts with .125” wall tubing and 1485 series U-joints, Sonnax T485-28-5012 aluminum weld yokes are forged from 6061-T6 aluminum and precision-machined. They are ideal for converting two-piece Dodge driveshafts to eliminate the carrier bearing, and are a great strength and performance upgrade for Chevy heavy-duty truck applications. These 5" yokes are field proven to hold up to the higher torque demands which modified Dodge and Chevy Diesels can produce.
